In October, we welcomed our new director, Jessica Truong-Castellanos! 

Jessica joins us from the Dougherty Family College at the University of St. Thomas where she served as an Academic & Career Success Coach and also taught First-Year Experience Courses. Jessica also has experience working at Carleton College with a Career Foundations program and previously served as an academic advisor at St. Catherine University.

Jessica brings rich experiences, including cultivating relationships with employers and community partners to expand internship pipelines, overseeing a Career Champions program designed to equip faculty and staff to embed career readiness in their spaces, and currently serves as the chair of the Professional Development committee for the Minnesota College and University Career Services Association.

Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Student Personnel, both from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
