Career Exploration Day is a required event for all first and second year undergraduate students who started at Augsburg in fall semesters 2023 and 2024 or spring semesters 2024 and 2025, including yourself.

Throughout the day, you’ll be able to build your career plan through three different tracks:

  • Major Exploration – these sessions will introduce you to specific programs and help you explore the multiple pathways to get to your career goal.
  • Career Skills and Preparation – Part of your career journey is to master the 8 top skills employers are looking for in early career talent. These sessions will give you a deep dive into one or two of these skills.
  • Employer Connections – It’s important to start engaging with employers early on

All classes prior to 5pm on March 4, 2024 will be canceled to ensure that students are able to attend this event.
