In this virtual experience, you’ll step into the shoes of a British Airways engineer. Across two tasks, you’ll tackle real-world challenges that reflect our day-to-day operations: first, you’ll investigate aircraft defects to diagnose the root cause, assess safety implications and complete a structured work request; then you’ll forecast material requirements and plan maintenance schedules, adapting your strategy when parts availability changes.
This programme is designed to help you gain insight into how we deliver operational excellence, uphold our safety culture and support sustainability in everything we do.
