VPP Framework Development

  • Analyze how selected states enable or limit the use of EVs in VPP programs.
  • Identify common policy levers, data requirements, compensation structures, and regulatory barriers that influence VPP participation.
  • Help draft a structured “readiness framework” that states can use when designing VPP-related legislation or programs.

Communications & Events

  • Draft short memos, one-pagers, or talking points for internal and external audiences.
