Role type: Part-time Internship (10–15 hrs/week, flexible)
Compensation: Performance-based stipend/commission + bonuses (no base salary)
Duration: 8–12 weeks to start (option to extend)

Reports to: Pen King Jr., Founder & CEO

About PKJ Coaching + Bonding Health

PKJ Coaching is a high-touch coaching practice led by Pen King Jr., focused on emotional regulation, ADHD-aligned performance, habit change, nervous-system resilience, fitness, and sustainable leadership.

Bonding Health is a behavioral health app that helps families and adults build daily emotional regulation skills through simple tools, tracking, and community. Our coaching programs are a premium extension for people who want deeper, personalized support.

We’re looking for student interns who want real startup sales experience and are excited about wellness, ADHD, emotional health, entrepreneurship, or high performance.

What You’ll Do

1) Outreach & Setting (Primary Responsibility)

Identify and contact qualified leads via LinkedIn and email using proven scripts.

Start conversations with founders, executives, high-performers, and ADHD adults who may be a fit for coaching.

Follow up consistently and professionally.

Qualify leads using a simple checklist.

Book discovery calls on the founder’s calendar.

2) Junior Closing Support (Secondary Responsibility)

Sit in on discovery calls to learn high-ticket sales.

Help with follow-ups after calls (notes, recap messages, next steps).

Over time, lead a small number of follow-up calls when ready.

3) Help Improve the System

Track activity and results weekly (messages sent, replies, calls booked).

Share learnings on what’s working so we refine scripts + targeting.

Help brainstorm light content or outreach angles that increase responses.

Who You Are

A current college or graduate student (18+).

Comfortable reaching out to people professionally.

Curious, coachable, and wants hands-on startup experience.

Strong written communication — concise, warm, direct.

Interested in wellness, ADHD, emotional regulation, fitness, or entrepreneurship.

Organized with follow-through (you don’t drop leads).

No sales experience required — but hustle and maturity are.

What You’ll Learn

How to run real outbound and build pipeline.

How high-ticket coaching sales works end-to-end.

Messaging, objection handling, and qualification.

Startup GTM execution directly with a founder.

A measurable track record you can put on your resume.

Performance-Based Compensation

This is not a salaried internship. It’s a performance role with upside.

You’ll earn:

A set amount per qualified call booked that shows up

A bonus for each coaching client closed from your pipeline

Extra bonuses for hitting weekly/monthly targets

Exact rates will be shared during interviews.

Compliance & Integrity (Important)

We sell coaching with integrity.

You must:

Never make medical claims or promises. We support habits, regulation, and performance — we do not provide medical treatment or therapy.

Never guarantee outcomes or income.

Respect privacy. Do not ask for or store sensitive health info in outreach.

Communicate professionally and honestly at all times.

Success Looks Like

Consistent outreach volume each week

Strong reply rate from qualified prospects

Calls booked and attended

Reliable follow-up and pipeline tracking

Positive learning curve + improvement over time
