Lacrosse Instructor & Camp Counselor – Summer 2026 in the Berkshires!
Camp Danbee is seeking Lacrosse Instructors to teach, mentor, and inspire campers in the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts!
As part of our Landsports Program, you’ll share your love for the game with girls of all ages — helping them develop skills, confidence, and teamwork both on and off the field. Whether you’re a collegiate athlete, experienced coach, or passionate player, this is your chance to make a lasting impact while spending an unforgettable summer outdoors.
🏅 Competitive lacrosse experience is required. A strong enthusiasm for coaching and working with children is essential.
The Role
You’ll hold two key roles at camp:
- Program Instructor – Lead engaging lacrosse sessions that focus on fundamentals, strategy, and teamwork. You’ll design and run drills, organize scrimmages, and help campers grow as both players and teammates — all in a supportive and empowering environment.
- Cabin Counselor – Live in a cabin with 10–12 campers and two co-counselors, guiding them through all aspects of daily camp life. You’ll be a mentor, role model, and friend, helping create the close-knit community that makes Danbee so special.

Salary starts at $2,500 (college freshman level, with increases for each year of college)
