The LoneStar SSC internship is designed to give the student every aspect of running a sports business – marketing, social media, league logistics, coordinating events, public relations, officiating games, supervising field duties, updating stats, & website enhancements. You would also have an active role in developing our youth sports program.
No business can give you more real world hands on experience. If you want to learn about the sports industry, you’ll get to see it all; over 50% of the time is spent in the field, not an office. And while there in no hourly compensation for the position, student interns are awarded stipends ranging from $500-$1,000.
