Fall Internship – Health & Wellness Studio Assistant (Stretch Therapy Focus)
Location: In-Studio (Braintree)
Hours: Preferably 9 AM – 2 PM | Flexible Based on Class Schedule
Days: Minimum 3 Days – Monday, Wednesday, Friday/Saturday
Pay: Massachusetts Minimum Wage
Are you a college student in a health-related field looking for hands-on experience in the wellness industry? Join our growing stretch therapy business as an intern this Fall and gain valuable insight into client care, business operations, and assisted stretch techniques.

We’re a boutique stretch therapy studio passionate about helping clients move and feel better through personalized, one-on-one sessions. Our environment is relaxed yet professional, and we’re committed to both client wellness and team development.
What You’ll Do:
Manage scheduling, emails, and client communications
Assist with outreach, social media, and networking opportunities
Learn and assist with basic assisted stretch techniques (training provided)
Support day-to-day operations in the studio
Ideal Candidates:
Enrolled in a Health Sciences, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or related program
Background in or interest in Business or Marketing a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
Able to work in-studio at least 3 days/week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Sat preferred)
