Position Summary
Supports the Self-Governance & Compliance Department by assisting with monitoring, documentation, and research related to federal and state regulatory requirements. Works under the guidance of the Federal & State Regulations Team Lead to help ensure organizational practices align with applicable laws, policies, and governance standards. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in compliance, public policy, law, or governance. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with researching federal and state regulations relevant to organizational operations
Support organization and maintenance of compliance documentation and records
Help track regulatory updates and changes as directed
Assist with preparing summaries or reference materials related to regulatory requirements
Support collaboration with policy, legal, and leadership teams on compliance initiatives
Follow confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information
Assist with tracking compliance tasks and timelines
Provide general administrative support to the Self-Governance & Compliance team
