Job Overview
This position will train interns in many areas of worship ministry and technology: Service Preparation, worship planning, evangelism, discipleship, event planning, worship technology, Special Projects, volunteers, and many others.
Responsibilities and Duties
This is the role of supporting and enabling people to meaningfully engage in the work of the church.
- Planning and executing Care Week Technology as well as other services throughout the summer
- Participate in all Worship Venues (Central, Chapel, Kids Worship and Student Worship)
- Assist with planning weekly Worship Services and other events
- Attend weekly Worship Ministry Team Meetings
- Attend weekly mentorship meetings with Worship Minister
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers
- Assist with Technology Projects
- Learn how to lead volunteers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Sound, Lighting, and Media for Church’s
- Ability to mix multiple styles of music
- Grounded in the Word of God
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Passion for evangelism
- Calling to lead the church by leading on the technology team

- Must maintain confidentiality and trust in all church matters.
- Must love the church and be willing to serve under the authority of the Senior Pastor.
