Walmart is seeking a dedicated Overnight Modular (Mod) Associate to maintain high standards of store layout, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising during our overnight hours. In this role, you will read and execute complex store blueprints (planograms), completely strip and clean merchandise shelves, rearrange shelf hooks and fixtures, accurately update pricing labels, and place new items into their correct designated display spots.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and have the physical stamina to stand or walk for long periods, perform repetitive bending, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong attention to detail, spatial organization, basic computer literacy for inventory devices, and a collaborative teamwork mindset are essential for success as you ensure our inventory systems match our physical sales floor layout perfectly before morning shoppers arrive.
