About Our Students

Augsburg students are deeply engaged and career-focused. With more than 3,400 undergraduates served—65.8% identify as BIPOC, and more than 50% of whom are first-generation college students—employers gain access to emerging talent seeking internship and career opportunities in the metro area. Students are balancing coursework with work and family commitments, which makes career fairs a high-value touchpoint in their professional exploration.
