Minnesota Private Colleges Job Fair: hosted each year, this job fair for students at private universities such as Augsburg to network and find open internships and jobs. The list of employers at the fair also shows who will hire internationals students and can be used for further job and internship exploration.
My Visa Jobs: website which will match skills and backgrounds in their free profile to US employers; also allows you to review annual visa reports and employer and job database
Interstride: Job search and networking tools specifically for internationally students or for US students looking to work abroad. Augsburg does not currently have a membership for students to use, but there are a number of free blogs and articles.
MigrateMate: a US focused portal with jobs that offer sponsorship, including H-1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card positions, and more. Requires $25/month membership.
Jobright.ai: an AI-driven platform tailored to international job seekers. Free to use with a premium $29/month membership option.
FrogHire.ai: All-in-one job search toolkit for student visa holders and H-1B seekers. Includes resume builder, browser extension, and additional features. Free basic access, premium from $19/month
VisaSponsor.jobs: Global job board for visa-ready roles, includes listings from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Free to search, optional paid plans for advance filters and alerts.
USponsorMe: US only platform focused on visa sponsorship jobs. Includes Visa Sponsorship Success Suite (job board, resume review, and recruiter access), tailored coaching. Free access to basic search, premium suite from $49 one-time fee.

Immihelp – H1B Employers Search: data from the US government for employers that have or are currently in the process of sponsoring H1B work visas. Job titles, wages, and locations can help you explore what opportunities might be available and and what companies may offer sponsorship

US Citizenship and Immigration Services: This site provides information regarding the different visas and work authorizations required in order to work unpaid versus paid work in the US.
